Private lending seminar - help!

Hello! I'm holding my first private lending seminar - the goal is to educate potential investors on what exactly private lending is, options with it, how to utlizie your IRA, how it could be structured, etc. This is a very unknown strategy around here to the general public. I've heard these seminars don't usually do well - but I figure I won't know unless i try. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make this the most impactful, yield best results, etc? Any help would be great and most appreciated! Thanks!
