Account Closed WE, REInvestorProfessor/RE360, are holding training  fund raiser this (March 9th @5:30) Wednesday at my office/warehouse  in conjunction with all the major Pittsburgh region real-estate  groups, PREIA, ACRE, Westmorland REIA, etc.... 

My fiancee and I are trying to get into REI together-  we live in the Philly region, and just bought a duplex in Port Richmond that should cashfow 700 a month after PITI and assuming 25% of the cash per month will go towards vacancy and maintenance.  

Also, do you focus exclusively on Whatcom or are you up and down the Puget Sound region?

This would allow me to see what regions are profitable.

Don't rule out other regions.

It sounds like others have covered quite a bit, but I would suggest walking in and talking to any regional/local Banks or Credit Unions.

As a Realtor serving the Pittsburgh region, I am currently working with investors both local and remote.

However the region has potential and therefore now looking around, Carrollton, Farmer' Branch, Frisco, The Colony, Little Elm, Allen, McKinney and Lewisville.
