Isn't it funny that we can live in the same state and not have a clue about one half of it.  

 I am a young and hungry RE investor from Brockton Ma. i truly believe that "success leaves clues" any type of tips, stories, books, or references would be very appreciated.I have recently just bought my first buy and hold property it is a single family home.

Other items I'd request from the owner would be utility bills for last 12 months and a CLUE report to ensure no claims were made on property in last 7 years.

s I've yet to look i into, and have never bought insurance so I've not a clue how it works but recently been having people over for different work I need to be done and I just need to figure out what the risks are and how to minimize if not eliminate them.

Keep in mind, anyone can talk a bunch of ******** on a message board and sound as though they know what they are talking about, but from my experience if you hand them the tools and tell them to show you, they haven't got a clue.

And as an FYI, most of my best tenants ever were with a disability of one form or fashion, I have no clue why you would ever even question if someone having MS would be an issue for tenancy.

I always say no because there are so many people that say the can do this or that and THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE!

The beautiful thing about small claims court, is that you are not supposed to have a clue what youre' doing. 

Without knowing your income or portfolio I have absolutely no clue.

YOU are the one that has no clue what you are talking about AT ALL.
