One of the options that have been mentioned here by others is to offer a debt offering to your investors however this may not be a long term.Another option which is more sustainable would be to offer your investors equity positions through either JVs (with fewer partners and them having some sort of active roles in a deal) or syndications (where you're active and everyone else is passive.If you'd like to chat further feel free to PM me.
