Hello all, my name is Josef Bigbee, I'm based out of Houston, TX and I'm three days into my Real Estate investing journey. I'm super excited because I really feel this is going to be my outlet to financial freedom and building generational wealth. My goal is to acquire passive income thru Rent and Hold properties, and as I gradually become more versed in that Niche, I would like to flip houses or wholesale. I served six years in the army, with one of those years being spent in Afghanistan. I would love to be able to use my VA home loan to purchase my first triplex or quadplex in Houston or the surrounding areas. My game plan would be to live in one of the units while renting out the others, as this would not only provide me with another source of income but along with my 80% VA disability check, I could avoid having to work at all while I pursue a degree in nursing. I am looking for someone who is willing to guide me thru the process, in return for support you may need regarding your own personal real estate investments or future investments. Whether it be helping you refurbish a house or writing direct mail letters, I am willing to help in exchange for the knowledge and experience it will provide.
