Some condo associations have limits on the number of properties in a complex that can be rented, some may require you to live in them for a year before renting them out, and some have additional fees to the association to rent them out.Hope it works, good luck to you!!!!

Most Condo associations and HOAs in Vegas are going to be anti-Airbnb so if there aren't already rules on the books they might be coming up soon.
