John Fedro on the BP podcast was quite inspiring and I do think there is a lot of untapped potential.

Just inspire confidence in people I've found and actually care about their situation and you'll be fine.

If they're actual investors themselves and not just an "inspiring investor" that in my mind is even better.

This thread is about a recent REO deal I have done from start to finish (well, finish line is in sight) to help educate and inspire others to do the same.Property details: 4+3, 2300 sq. ft, pool, spa, view, quiet street, great neighborhood, huge open kitchen with island.This was an MLS listed property (I don't do these often) which was listed too high and received very little activity due to the over pricing.

Chicago BP'er George Foster recently posted an inspiring note acknowledging and thanking Brie Schmidt for her contribution to his success and it gave me an idea: Why not start a "Thankful" roll call where we recognize those who have helped us (or in my case are helping me) along the way?
