I tried to design my own website but I don't think it looks can someone point to a place where I can get a website to capture motivated seller leads?

I know that you're not asking for feedback, but I had to leave some regardless. Please note that this is not meant to be an attack, but I see this from many investors and it is deeply troubling to me.

When someone sees a claim like:


(which I found on the homepage of your website)...and note that your website is not that of a company that they have ever heard of, they may think you are trying to scam them.

I recommend you look closely at the claims that you make on your site and ensure they are truthful.

If the above claim is correct, I believe we'd all know who you and your business are, and would be reading about you in magazines like Forbes.

Further, your profile here on BP says:

Perhaps you could clarify the first statement for us?

If you haven't done over $100 billion in property deals (which I suspect to be the case), there's no reason to make such claims. It can't help and can only hurt your credibility.
