TExas in my experience is pretty wide open for all kinds of easy flipping type stuff .. you can tye property up with 100 dollar options then flip them.. and I think its perfectly kosher to do so... could not do that in many other states.. but as stated above first thing you do is check with our state governing RE agency for the definition of licensing.

Evernote is great for putting in notes, also if you have PDFs stored in Evernote, you can search words within the pdf.Podio is a monster of a program, it can handle a lot of your stuff.
