Evernote v. Podio v. Asana v. Something else I don't even know!

I have used Evernote, Podio, and Asana with varying success and results. I feel like all three platforms bring something good to the table and all three have drawbacks. I have never had any kind of formal training on any of the platforms, so my success (and maybe lack-there-of) is based on my ability to pick it up and run with it (or not). Additionally, if you are not using one of these platforms and are doing something else, I'd love to hear about that and your experience too!

I'd love to hear what people are doing with each platform for their REI businesses, whether it be flipping, syndicating, wholesaling, and buy-and-hold strategies.

Aaaanddd... go!
