coaching or mentoring

Hello everyone, im trying to get started, im reading 2 coarses in wholesaling and hoping i can get a deal or two under my belt soon but i dont want to make any mistakes and would like to know if there are any coaches or mentors that are willing to help me along the way. The courses i have give me the basics but aren't going to help in the real world. Im new to this and this site and would like to make some friends and hopefully work with other investors and agents..
