Realtor took me around exclusively for a few days....by the time I left, I had put in an offer that was accepted before my plane left.

No those deals are not that exclusive because of the number of people that are viewing them.

However recently I reviewed my policy and found the following language in the exclusion section which is quite confusing.

Be aware there are independent agents and agencies that are more exclusive.

I own and self manage several properties exclusively in Kauai.

If the business plan is to rent exclusively to students by the room, that can be a very profitable venture, but will come with it's difficulties for sure.

They do look for big deals depending on what their focus, they look for exclusivity and unique deals.
