I took pictures of the apartment with my landlords permission, focusing on the exterior of the house for the cover shot, and turning on as many lights as possible inside to keep things bright.

Seems to me they'd be willing to give just about anyone a shot, and if anything, let the salesperson go if he/she underperforms.Hope my question makes sense.

Recently my dad paid 12000 dollars to build a decent sized garage in our back yard.

Some of those shots are only 2-3 seconds long and don't show full rooms just bits and pieces.

I've been listening to the podcasts and reading whatever I can, and they have been invaluable to me.I am lucky enough to have a decent chunk of capital that my parents had saved for me since I was a toddler for graduate school.  

But if it's possible, I'm going to do it.I make decent money but also have hefty bills (school loans, other debt from back in the day when I was a dumb young adult, childcare, child support) so I'm really keen on networking with people that can provide direction on igniting the fire with very little spark, so to speak.I look forward to interacting with and learning from all of you!

An estimate to get the home in decent condition is btwn $25K to $35K.

We decided that even though we could have made a decent profit, we probably wouldn't have found another deal like this house in the near future.
