Hello all!

My name is Gaege and my experience with real estate is essentially zero. I've lived in a few houses, so I know what those are. That's about it.

I do know that investing is never a surefire bet, but I also know that real estate is about as safe a bet as one can make so I'm jumping on board.

My goals are pretty straightforward: I want to create an income stream of between $5k and $10k per month within a year. I honestly don't know whether that's a lofty goal or not; I don't know what I don't know. But if it's possible, I'm going to do it.

I make decent money but also have hefty bills (school loans, other debt from back in the day when I was a dumb young adult, childcare, child support) so I'm really keen on networking with people that can provide direction on igniting the fire with very little spark, so to speak.

I look forward to interacting with and learning from all of you!
