Absolute beginner looking to chart his path in REI
Hey everyone,
I'm a recent college grad and I am in the very beginning stages of planning my life in REI. I recently started my own small business out of college and although it is doing well, I don't take a salary from it yet, investing profits back into the business. I've been listening to the podcasts and reading whatever I can, and they have been invaluable to me.
I am lucky enough to have a decent chunk of capital that my parents had saved for me since I was a toddler for graduate school. I am no longer pursuing any further higher education and I really want to start putting the money to work for me instead. However, while I have my business, it does not provide an income for me yet. I'm sure that affects my ability to secure a loan. My business is mostly passive so I have massive amounts of free time on my hand. What would be the most effective way of using that time in a way that will benefit my future in REI?
