House isn't in the greatest shape:We would like to do a couple nice things as the new owners, possibly a free cleaning?

Hopefully they get the utilities restored quickly and we are only talking about a couple days anyways.  

I called on the 5th and the Landlord who is usually a jerk was very polite and said "it's probably just a couple of days late".

A neighbor to one of my rental's had the basement of his brick bungalow (~1,000 sqft) dug out and it cost him North of $180,000 and he was using a local brand name contractor that I see around town all the time.

It's ran by a couple named Mark and Tami Kenney out of Dallas.

My in-laws are retired, they have owned a "winter" home in AZ for a couple years, and a within the last year or so purchased a "summer" condo in MI after selling another home in MI to be closer to us and their grandchildren. 

I have a couple of young investors willing to go in on the 19 plex but I'm not sure how to structure the ownership, mortgage, management, and any other issues that come with this type of deal.  

When you get settled let me know and i will send over the CPA i mentioned, as well as, a couple of good REI club meetings to attend near you.

Also putting a brand new back porch on the back.

I'm looking to contact a couple of them this week to start a relationship.
