So, should I take the usual route and go to college and study business, or accounting, or medicine, or something else I don't really care about in order to get a moderate-paying job, go out to the suburbs and get a cute little house and get a 9 to 5 job doing crap I don't care about, then come home and watch tv and go to sleep, then wake up the next morning and do it all over again?

I watched a house for a few months. 2 weeks till it went to auction at the court house. about 1.5 weeks away from auction someone, or something else bought the note or something. not sure what happened alls I know is all the waiting didn't pay off.

I am watching several properties - and some of them have appeared multiple times on the county's foreclosure list (i.e., the same house has been posted for foreclosure on April 3, June 5 and July 3).
