Looking at my first property and there is a severely intense odor in the basement (concrete) and some slight orders on the other levels of the house as well (hardwood floors and carpet).

Happy to chat about BRRRRs with you but I would also suggest looking into house hacking as well. 

Crosby as well (from what I have read).Prices are still quite high so you have to buy right and in the right area in order to stay profitable.

While the best inspector may cost $200 more upfront it’s well worth the money to KNOW what your problems are.

You already know how to manage and rent it, might as well keep it and enjoy the cash flow.

I also converted my garage to an ADU (permitted) and is renting very well. 

Plus you get market appreciation as well.
