[TJ Kubiesa]

Hi everyone! I'm TJ Kubiesa from Elmhurst, IL. I've been a small time buy and holder investor for about 10-years and am now looking to supercharge this to build both a legacy for my kids one day, as well as a path to exit my W2 job. My wife and I have started a company, Margherita Homes, where we provide realty services, construction services and home care services, plus we invest. I'm particularly passionate about flipping and buy-and-hold. Currently I have a duplex in Madison, WI and am under contract for my first flip.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy mostly time with my kids as they are young!
