I'll start with the Axios interview I gave back in December and was published in January Case and point, the low skilled Agents will be pushed out as there is now less low hanging fruit out there for them.The Elite Agents who have been superior to the low skilled Agents in everyway except for the willingness to work for a low wage, will no longer have to compete with 1,000's of low skilled Agents offering their services for a much lower price than the Elite Agents.Fewer low wage Agents means all that money rolls right back up to Daddy.

If you rented it out, youd make 800 a month, or 9600 a year ( lets assume paydown of loan pays taxes and capex/repairs insurance etc, maybe its more or less you know the numbers not me ) So if you have 225k of equity and make 9600 a year your return on equity is only 4.2% , maybe less.

thanks If you bought it vacant, then many of the expenses may have in fact been acquisition costs to be added to basis or depreciated separately. 100% bonus depreciation was available on certain improvements or items PURCHASED AND PLACED IN SERVICE after 9/27/17.The 750 have to be in Development or redevelopment, Construction or reconstruction, acquisition or conversion, rental, management or operation, leasing, brokerage.
