NEW to Bigger Pockets and looking for Tips on using VA loan to House hack

Hello Bigger Pockets community! My wife and I are new to the Forum and are very interested in getting started in real estate investing. I will be getting out of the military in 14 months and we will move back to St. louis. I am wanting to use my VA loan to buy a quadplex to house hack. I understand some of the basics of real estate but there is a ton I do not know. I am hoping that the community can point me in the direction of articles, books, videos, etc. to look into. I'm also just unaware of some the questions I should be asking in regards to real estate. The sheer amount of topics and knowledge can be overwhelming so If anyone can narrow my search I would be extremely grateful.

Some topics I know I need more info are:

- VA Loan approval process

- Living in Quad plex for 1 year then buying another investment property to move into.

-Tips from veterans who have done similar things

-Suggestions on VA loan providers to go through

- How to find a good deal in my area

- Basic real estate language

-How to find and keep tenants 

-Fixing up property to increase value

If anyone has suggestions outside of these topics, I'm all ears!
