Are you Built for this Life????????
If you are butthurt that the NAR & DOJ want you to sit down with a Buyer and explain to them why they need to pay you $X for working with them, you ain't built for this life. Go drive Uber.

I wonder what the rationale was behind enacting this law.
I mean, who does it benefit?
Bad for consumers. Good for the agents that remain in the industry. Average costs agents charge will rise 20% over the next 3 years.
Russ you wanna tell him how everything is gonna roll back up to Daddy? Or should I?
I'll start with the Axios interview I gave back in December and was published in January

Case and point, the low skilled Agents will be pushed out as there is now less low hanging fruit out there for them.
The Elite Agents who have been superior to the low skilled Agents in everyway except for the willingness to work for a low wage, will no longer have to compete with 1,000's of low skilled Agents offering their services for a much lower price than the Elite Agents.
Fewer low wage Agents means all that money rolls right back up to Daddy. In terms of the Agent economy, the rich just got richer while the poor got poorer.
