We saw the house and made an offer over a holiday weekend, and the property had only been on the MLS for 5 days.

The more there is to entertain children, the more the vacation feels relaxing for the parents, even if all they are doing is having a quite cup of coffee on the patio.

Considering there are eight days left in the year (less considering the holidays) there isn't much that can be done in terms of developing and implementing new strategies.Starting a new business venture is not a tax deductible expense.

Could I still get away with calling that a "hosted" rental if it is my principal/primary residence and I'm only spending the night there a couple days a week (more during holidays and breaks as I am a school teacher).Thanks in advance,Michael

At that point, they will bring up the fact that it's the holidays, and you are a horrible person for considering evicting them.     

On a major holiday like Christmas for a lot of people.

All of my tenants have appreciated the time I took to make the living space comfortable and relaxing as this area they spend a lot of time in. 

It appears that quarantine policies have been relaxed or eliminated.

Been to so many meeting, rehab/fixes with different contractor, for nothing.Better just stick to bay area house, city is relax, rent pay on time, nobody gives s*t on permit/code, and tenant is good paying on time.
