In large kitchens with larger cabinets stay with 3.5 inch on the drawers, go to 5 inch on the cabinet handles in a matching style and finish.

But now, I use an internal skip tracing service through REI Rail which has given me really good match rates. 

You want to make sure their policies match with you.

Obviously I would suggest first maxing out any employer-matching 401ks or other tax-advantaged retirement accounts, having a good "oh crap" fund, etc, as those are similarly low risk but generally will beat 4.375%.

I'd be interested in seeing if what they state as their security deposit matches what was transferred to you from the turnkey company.
