That being said, I love the real estate world and the financial freedom it brings.

Financial Freedom How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Me and my wife got to financial freedom through house hacking, since North Jersey has high taxes purchasing a 2-4 unit property helped us reduce our expenses to the point where our investments fund the bulk of our life style. 

Are you looking for a stable method of building financial freedom?

Not only because of the freedom real estate investing can bring and the relationships it can build with other like minded people.The past month I have had my head buried in the books that Brandon Turner, David Green, and Josh Dorkin have written such as How To Invest in Real Estate, How to Invest in Real Estate For Low (and No) Money down, and have just started Long Distance Real Estate Investing.With that said, I really enjoy the wholesale process out of the methods I've learned about thus far.
