Hello to whoever reads this post!

My name is Evens, and I'm excited to write my first post on this awesome forum that I've heard about on the BP podcast. Looking to connect with everyone & anyone (investors, realtors, brokers) as I begin this journey. The questions I have are plenty, and I will rely on you all as I begin this journey! Be blessed.

I am investing in the South Florida area at the moment. Will expend sometime in the future for sure.
