Hey guys, been recently doing a lot of research into real estate investing. Im 21 years old and just got approval for a home loan. That being said, I love the real estate world and the financial freedom it brings. I want to start with a great first purchase. Whether that means single family, Multi family. I would love to meet up with any real estate group in the Charlotte area but I really just want to be surrounded by people who are in the real estate community. I know I don’t know everything and I’m eager to listen and want to hear peoples experiences especially in my area.
