While Investing in Multi families for cash flow has always been my favorite (been doing it a long time and it has made me alot of money) I still feel there is value and money to be made in the stock market as well, you just need to be smart about it and understand what you are investing in before you invest.

I read an article a while back about how if a local sports team win a championship in their sport, the city has nationwide sometimes worldwide media, publicity, and tourism. pretty much a gold mine for investing, the Lakers ended up winning three championships and so im sure you guys know that L.A. is a horrible place to invest now since its at pretty much its marketing peak in real estate, I feel Indianapolis is heading that way with the pacers and im scared of missing out on a opportunity of making a extra cash do to distance, I find myself in a great dilemma and need all the help I can get.
