My favorite "C" word!

One of these days you're going to evict a tenant who does not celebrate christian holidays & you'll be opening yourself up to a religious discrimination lawsuit because your policy is to show favoritism to your christian tenants.

Just curious if anyone has a favorite or best place/advice on crunching numbers to make sure everything works.

What is everyone's favorite conventional lender for delayed financing.

Hello @Jessyca Jones I would suggest no and low money down - Brandon Turner ( this book will give you some insight on how to invest in RE multiple ways using CREATIVITY instead of CASH) and managing rental properties- Brandon turner this book is by far my favorite because he literally goes through every trial tribulations you will endure and lays out what it means to be a landlord.

Least I can do.The tellers and Mgs at my favorite little bank get a nicer card and treats.
