Hi and thanks for reading, I’m new and trying to get started in real estate home flipping by building an investment team. How can I find people that are looking to invest and potential partners?
To build your team you need to find like minded individuals. You find them by referrals, attend conference events, REIA meetings, meetups, listen to podcast, here on BP and talk to people you know.
I like the method of face to face meeting people at REIA meetings, meetups and conference events. It takes networking and at times requires changing your team members until you find the right team makeup.
Keep working on your team and growing as an investor, but I truly believe this is a relationship business. One good contact could help you build an entire team.
