There aren't that many features that buildium offers that you would need for the price unless you have a lot of units.

So far since we have used the anti tamper feature, I have only had one tenant correctly remove the anti tamper feature and one tenant who simply ripped the unit out of the wall. 

We are transitioning away from Cozy.co because Innago.com has more features and we get our rent faster. 

When you speak with this or other neighbors, try keeping your phone in your pocket but using your phone's "voice recording" app feature and record all conversations.
