Hi,


I live in Maryland and have a couple of short term rental properties in Berkeley Springs, WV and looking for new places to invest in Maryland (ie. Ocean City or Lake Creek or Hagerstown/Frederick). I'm looking more for buy and hold with some passive income from it.
