Good afternoon, I recently acquired a multi unit with tenants and will be assuming landlord responsibilities. Has anyone had any experiences using any property management software.  So far I am looking into Buildium.  Any tips  or recommendations would help! Also this is my first post : )

Thanks.

@Chris Ganz I use Cozy and have liked it overall. It is free, so the price is right. There aren't that many features that buildium offers that you would need for the price unless you have a lot of units. I am currently managing 32 of my own units in the Berwyn, Cicero and Lyons markets using Cozy.

You could also look into Nest Egg. Touch base with @Jonathan Klemm. They have a really cool interface for taking care of maintenance issues that I believe works well for your A and B class properties.
