If there are you might not attract quality tenants as you cannot control how other landlords operate around you which is why I want full control of a development.

The problem is not SSL to or from the webserver, but the email server itself, especially the end-users email server over which the webmaster has no control.

I like the idea of being able to have some control over what happens with my money instead of just putting it in stocks and sitting back.
