Hello everyone. My name is Gerald and I'm from Milwaukee, WI. I've spent alot of late nights reading over the forums and whatever helpful books I could get my hands on about investing. I've decided I want to go the route of REI. I like the idea of being able to have some control over what happens with my money instead of just putting it in stocks and sitting back. Im a hands on person and have a background in construction which I'm sure will be helpful. Since I am close to being in the position to buy my first property I figured I would introduce myself and work on being an active member in here.
