Hello everyone, my name is veronica and I'm from Chicago & moved to Dallas, TX in 2010. I've been apart of BP since 2007 but off & on.

I work FT in the financial industry, that allows me limited time that I really need to soar in real estate. I've educated myself in wholesaling & attended RE workshops as well.

I'm looking to network and connect with other likeminded investors in the Dallas surrounding areas. I'm seeking advice & I am so in need of an mentor.

I want to start as an wholesaler, or JV-wholesaling because I have the knowledge, contracts, real estate attorney, title company, real estate agent and I also have my cash buyers.

Next, I'd like to flip REO's, rehab and rental properties for passive income. I'm seeking financial freedom!!!

I'm seeking advice & I am so in need of an mentor.

Hi Veronica, the absolute best way to find a mentor is to find a deal and to partner with the investor on it. Connect at local investor meetings and get involved. I'm a member of NTAREI and we meet monthly at the Holiday Inn at Preston and 635.  Feel free to connect with me, I would love to answer any questions you may have.
