Hi my name is Constance and I am from Sioux Falls South Dakota. I am a networking newbie that has been intrigued with rehabbing properties since I was a kid. When folks learn that I work for a Real Estate Investment company they assume that I am living my dream. Now, don't get me wrong, making a sweet rate of return while others do the work is a great investment and is a hot commodity for many. Call me silly if you must, but I actually want to be the one doing the work! I want to be the one that creates the new design and then take action on making it happen.  I am happy to be here to listen, learn and grow and to share what I know.
