If I transfer my rentals to my LLC, do I need to change the ownership name listed for the Insurance, rent payments, and what do I do if the bank ask for the note to be paid?

After several transfers,  long hold times and having to explain why I dont have an account number a dozen times, they took my name and number down for the service tech to call me back: just want to be armed with info and other people's experiences. 

You have to be very careful with this one as they are probably on the lookout for a transfer.
