Why is it that if I took out 162K three months ago, and am paying off Tuesday (I have made the May payment, and there was no prepay penalty), I'm paying back almost 164?
My lawyer said something about cause its an interest only...but why does that matter? should've asked more questions at the time I suppose. Does anyone know why this is?
And by the way I'm not really pleased with the cost of closing as a seller either. I spent 7k closing when I bought and now another 3k when I sell...WTF! Man, they get you coming and going dont they?
Never mind the almost 15k the realtors are getting.
man - I feel like everyone and their brother has their hand out.....ughh.
