I became interested in real estate investing while I was attending physician assistant school not too long ago.

It wasn't until I had an old friend Justine Fey and  his wife Amber Rose reach out to me to do some repairs to a house they owned which had damage done to it from a kitchen fire started by a tenant.It was nice catching up with Justin because him and I both had a real  passion and love of Real Estate from a young age after High School...and so in catching up after so many years,  I decided gave them a really heavy discount on the repairs I had done.

A lot of military families live in Georgetown to take advantage of the schools, culture, shopping, and home appreciation.

It's even more complicated by the fact that the tenants are college students and the owner of the property is the president of the school.

I am 26 years old and currently work as a public elementary school teacher. 

I am still in college (I have about 1.5 years left), but I have saved enough money for a down payment in a more inexpensive market like Wichita or Indianapolis but I'm not sure if I should hold off until I graduate.

I am currently a senior in high school and thought the extra cash flow from a rental property would really help me out once I get to college.

I grew up in Hoover, and in medical school I lived in the Crestwood area downtown and I was drawn to that area if I decide to invest there. 

I don't even like it if the single employer is the US government, because it can pull out at any time.Fourth, I want to make sure that the schools are good.
