Should I invest now as a college student or wait?
I am still in college (I have about 1.5 years left), but I have saved enough money for a down payment in a more inexpensive market like Wichita or Indianapolis but I'm not sure if I should hold off until I graduate. I live in California but I live with my parents and have very low monthly expenses. Should I try and do a deal by myself, find a partner, or wait till I graduate?
I really appreciate any input.

@Hayden W Gibson check out my backstory - YOU CANNOT START EARLY ENOUGH.
SERIOUSLY.
