Tough, experienced competition in my area will make it a bit more challenging I'm sure, so preparation and patience is key.

Do you have any recommendations for tax planning and preparation for individuals?

I have just recently returned to the States from completing my MSc program in Translation Studies (Russian and Spanish) in the UK (University of Edinburgh).

However, the education required in order to pass the test to get a license is critical.Be the most informed and prepared person in the room.

Natasha Hylton I didn't think you were actually going around the realtor (trying to take their business), but that you didn't want to use one and prefer to save the commission, which I totally understand, but you have to be prepared to do all that they do in that case.
