I assume they use a computer with tax software to prepare your taxes.

But my personal experience tells me that this usually won’t be found in a national program run by the real estate marketing boys out of Las Vegas or Provo, Utah.  

What are the best tools and resources that you use to market a real estate coaching and consultant program?

My wife and I did our own taxes using some program (I don't think it was TurboTax, but maybe.)

So, I am asking for some advice on how to prepare a pricing and marketing plan to try and rent it as soon after closing as I can.
