I thought about putting in a water softener too but decided against it.I spoke to one of my mentors regarding this topic and from his advice, he said that you don't get much bang for your buck for putting a water softener in your unit.I always ask myself, "What do the comps say?"

Hi @Tycee TylerThere are different ways to go about learning the ropes of real estate investing and actually doing it.If you are a self-starter, there is plenty of resources on biggerpockets to teach you how to do it: regular webinars, podcasts, videos, guides, links to books you can read and put in practice.Browser the link "Education" in the menu bar at the top.If you need hand holding and mentoring to go and do it, there are a number of companies out there who can help.To find them, go to meetup events or real estate events in your area, there is usually several people who can happy to teach you for a fee.Just make sure that they are actually out there doing it and they can back up their claims.if need be, shoot me an email if you need further info.Best of luck in your journey.
