If you enjoy the thought of building a real estate empire and becoming wealthy in the process, but don't really know where to start or your having doubts about your ability to achieve that type of success. I recommend you read "Secrets of the millionaire mind" by T. Harv Eker, and "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert T. Kiyosaki. These two books will give you a completely new outlook of finacial management and what kind of mindset you have to have going in to any entrepreneurship in order to succed. I am in no way affiliated with either of these two authors, this is only my personal opinion after reading both books. I found them highly informative and very helpful.
