In addition, our company is matching ticket sales (up to a certain amount).

We require individuals to come to our office so we can see them in person, match them to a picture ID, copy their picture ID, collect a cell number and verify it, and then have the sign a short statement about their responsibility.

Initially we thought Series LLC was a perfect match but soon found cost of setting that up is quite high and seems it would always need an attorney's support.

Other than a subtle esthetic argument (“matched looks better than unmatched”), the two appliances are entirely separate, so the dryer may run just fine  for another 10 years while the washer may break again after 5.  

My current strategy is flipping and holding a few cash-flow properties along the way until the passive income matches my current 9-5 job.

It does have the distinction of being the best returning asset class in the last 1,5 and 10 year windows. 

I mean that is a distinct possibility.. 

The income to expense ratio and lien laws (vs. eviction) create an added margin of error that other asset classes simply can't match. 

I have asked for an opportunity to match the offer they get on the sale, and I'm assuming I'll get that chance, but with my area booming out of control I'm assuming they'll get top dollar for it.
