Thanks @Kelly N.I did get that far and there was so much "busy-ness" on the pages it turned into a time consuming effort in the search.Using the filter options helped some and I did find 2 properties but there should be some sort of "ordering by column or field" so those items jump immediately to focus.Thank you for answering and have a great day.

The body can't sustain over 8 hour work schedules forever especially as we age.

Roofs don't last forever and some tenants don't respect properties. 

Your day-to-day personal expenses are covered; you're free from credit card debt and other personal / consumer debts; you're saving in traditional retirement accounts, like a workplace 401k, up to your full employer match; you have a comfortable emergency fund.I'm assuming the real estate market, at this time, is "normal" (like 2014 or 2015).

It is a sh1tty lesson to go through, but it will make you a better landlord forever because now you will have your checklist for tenants and you won't budge on anything.  

If they are indicative of jobs and the economy in general, you might be competing with a rental market that must accept a consumer that flip flops between being a tenant and owner then tenant again as a cycle. 

I would concur with the other members here.While you may not love your job, and don't want to do it forever, look on the bright side:You have a W2 income that most full time investors (myself included) don't have.  

It took me forever to go to a REIA meeting but when I finally attended one, it changed my whole thought process.

I'm terrified of letting go of any of the cash I have acquired , maybe I'll let it sit in the bank forever .
