If you are a bit more willing to take on risk you can even hit up the northern half of 44109 & pick them up for $50k or less & get a similar amount of rents.If you go the Single Family route I am feeling Euclid a lot right now as I'm expecting a spike in demand due to the new Amazon center.

the closer you are to urban/industrial centers the better for longevity but ultimately youll want to look for gentrified neighborhoods in areas with YoY positive population growth and stable work from fortune 500 companies. but 150-200 net is not bad.. if you dont feel like you need to carry a gun every time you collect rent :)

The reason I called Albany was because I sent a FOIL Request and the guide me to Office of Counsel- Records Access Office but I'm not sure if this department hold all NYC Delinquent Tax....I'm struggle because I also when to Department of Finance Queens Business Center and the lady told me that list they don't provide....
