Purchase price: $72,000
Cash invested: $28,000
Sale price: $100,000

All Brick 3 bedroom 2 bath full bath hardwood floor through. Land size 1.1 acre can be zoned for commercial property. C1 and C2 newly Plumbing and Electric.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have lived in a major city like Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas this community. I would say has been given a new birth with new businesses. That has started to come to this community distribution center like Amazon, Kumho tires, Yancey truck center and much more to come. All so the property can be zoned for commercial.
