What's your input about the Cleveland market? And locations to invest for SFR or duplexes, triplexes and quads? Thank you

@Rudy Bello I work the greater Canton area (stark county) We currently have about 66 multifamily properties 2-4 units on the market ranging from 11k to $750k. The majority however are under $200k. If you are looking for a high cash flow I would suggest Canton City, Massillon City. If your looking for the most desirable areas for equity growth then I would suggest Jackson twp, Plain twp, North Canton.... to name a few. We've tracked pretty well historically with yearly appreciation in most areas with the exception of 2007-09 ish. Single family inventory is tight under 200k. Things move pretty fast here. Our median SFR home price is about $150k and the average household income is around $45k for the county as well. However, there are definitely wealthier pockets. I do see SFR opportunities pop up but again, they're snatched up pretty fast. We also generally have lower taxes here than our northern Cleveland area neighbors. I would be happy to talk more specifics based on your investing goals and send you property listings to review if you have further interest in the Canton area.
